Randy retired from the Raleigh Police Department, where he served in Investigations for over 14 years and worked in Homicide, Robbery Task Force, Residential Burglary, and Motor Vehicle Theft. Randy is known for his impeccable service. We offer a full line of investigative and professional services. Mr. Randy Miller is the CEO/President and Founder of N.C.I.S. and is a retired Raleigh Homicide Detective with over Twenty Eight years of Police service. Randy began his Law Enforcement career while he served in the US Air Force as a Security Police Specialists. While working for the Raleigh Police Department he attended and graduated from Wake Technical College with an associate degree in Criminal Justice. Upon retirement in January 2008, N.C.I.S. was founded. Combining investigative knowledge, skills, experience and customer dedication with a highly skilled Team of Professionals, Mr. Miller has founded an investigation company providing superb services for: law firms, insurance industry professionals, government agencies as well as public and private businesses and individuals. Randy holds a Private Investigator license in the State of North Carolina.
